We’ll call the day before with your delivery window. If early delivery could be a problem, please let us know as soon as possible.

Someone age 18 or older must be present when we arrive to confirm placement, review setup details, and accept the equipment.

Setup path must be clear

We need at least 3 feet (36 inches) of clear access from the street or unloading area to the setup location.

  • Open gates and unlock entry points
  • Move vehicles, toys, furniture, and yard items
  • Remove pet waste, branches, or other debris
🌱 Surface

Approved setup surfaces

We can often set up on grass, dirt, turf, or concrete, but the surface must be confirmed in advance. If you originally told us grass and now need setup on a hard surface, please let us know right away. We may need different safety equipment or anchoring methods and may not be able to switch surfaces last minute.

A working outlet should be within about 100 feet of the setup area unless other arrangements were made in advance.

Safety comes first

If we must cancel for safety due to weather, such as high winds, you will receive a rain check credit valid for 6 months.

Secure pets and clear the area

Please keep pets secured during delivery and pickup, and make sure the yard and setup area are clear of obstacles, debris, and anything that could interfere with safe installation.

⚠️ Important safety reminder

Winds above 15 mph require deflation and discontinuation of use. Always follow the rental agreement, posted safety rules, and staff instructions.

A few minutes of prep can make setup much faster and help avoid delays, relocation, or extra labor.

Make sure gates, walkways, and tight turns give us at least 36 inches of clear width.

Double check that the actual setup surface matches what you told us in advance. If anything changed, let us know right away.

Pick a flat area away from low branches, fences, pools, sharp objects, and overhead power lines.

Move vehicles, toys, furniture, hoses, lawn tools, and other obstacles out of the path from the unloading area to setup.

Please remove pet waste, branches, rocks, stickers, and other debris before we arrive.

Make sure a working outlet is available nearby unless we agreed on a different setup in advance.

Please make sure sprinklers stay off before and during the rental unless the unit is specifically being used wet.

A few quick answers to the things customers ask most often before event day.

What happens if the setup area is not ready when you arrive?

If access is blocked, the area is unsafe, or the surface is not suitable, setup may be delayed, relocated, or canceled depending on the situation. Additional labor or wait-time charges may apply.

Can you set up in the front yard, backyard, park, or on concrete?

Often yes, depending on the unit, the space, and the surface. The area must be safe, accessible, and suitable for proper anchoring or alternate securing methods. If you need a different surface than the one originally provided, please tell us in advance so we can confirm whether the setup is still possible.

What do I need to do during the event?

Please supervise children, follow occupancy and age guidelines, keep food, drinks, confetti, silly string, face paint, and sharp objects away from the inflatable, and stop use immediately if weather becomes unsafe.

What if I want to add more rentals?

Reach out as soon as possible. We may still be able to add tables, chairs, concessions, or other items if inventory and routing allow.

What should I do before pickup?

Please make sure the unit is empty of personal items and that the pickup path is clear and accessible.
